Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry

The room was ok but the windows will not open. Breakfast was very limited. Had to pay for parking too.

Upon arrival into the room, we found we did not have enough tea bags milk or sugar for two. Was horrified to find stains inside the toilet bowl where it had not been cleaned properly. After an hour we left the hotel and reported the toilet and made a specific request for some extra sugar, milk and tea. Upon our return we found the toilet had been cleaned and the bottle of toilet cleaner was left on the side in the bathroom open, which my room mate thought was hand wash and without looking at the label poured some in her hand before she realised her mistake and quickly washed it off. The shower gel in the room was not working. We were left a paper bag with 15 coffee lots of milk about 6 sugars and 6 teabags its clear our request for tea, milk and sugar was not adhered to it was a specific reasonable request. For a 4 star hotel this was not good enough. Otherwise we found the staff were really polite and helpful especially Patricia who served us at breakfast

Staff very friendly and attentive. Room cold and air con noisy. Room large , bed on casters that moved at slightest movement. Bathroom good size , shower ok Curtain wall hid the carpark wall from view. Carpark is multi storey very narrow spaces but had room , stair wells not so good no fault of hotel but smelt

Perfect location for a visit to Butt's park arena for the rugby, secure parking for 24 hours only £7

Pleasant hotel and staff. There is a car park attached which seems to attached alcoholics. Was assured by staff that cars are safe and security patrol the area. My car was fine!

Not good experience. Room was cold, food too expensive for the quality apart from breakfast. Rooms were not being clean daily during stay.
