Residence Inn by Marriott Davenport

I have been here recently. Front desk Nikki was very kind and helpful. she made my stay pleasant, and breakfast was very good. they don't have a pool sadly but rest everything is awesome. i would like to stay here once again if i come back to davenport.

The room was modern and the location of hotel was good.

Website stated there was a pool and there wasn’t. Room was updated but had dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod and multiple surfaces dusty. Furniture in room 204 was very uncomfortable.

Too my amazement the room was spectacular and clean and very spacious. I enjoyed it ....i give it a ten thumbs up!!!!

The hotel is going through some remodeling. The parking out front is a little limited. The roll off dumpster is out front along with debris. Everything about our newly remodeled room was fine except the showerhead...it was set to some kind of minimal pulsating stream. Not my choice. Couldn't figure out to change it. There are several hotels in the area but many are going downhill. This one is hanging in there, trying to be one of the better ones. The breakfast choices are varied, which is nice. Towels were nice, bed comfortable. Motel was quiet the night we were there. Glad they are remodeling. We will stay here again

The newly renovated room we were in was large, quiet and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy and I appreciate that I can bring my dogs.

There was a bag of someone's socks shoved into one of the cubbies under the sink, which shows a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping. Construction was underway throughout the hotel and there was a lot of debris in the hallways, which was surprising. I would think that they would want to stay on top of cleanliness during the process.

I stayed here for 10 days while in town for business. My room seemed new and it was very clean with plenty of space. The kitchen in the room was nice and had what I needed for when I didn't want to get takeout or fast food. The location was convenient and the employees were helpful. Some days we got done early and my room was clean when I got back which was nice. Overall It was a good stay, and I will stay again next year when I come. Plus it's nice to get more Bonvoy points.

Completely remodeled! Rooms are amazing!

Sink wouldn’t drain. No cups in the room. No espn on television. “Contract expired.” Property under repairs, remodeling. No mention of that when I booked reservation. Some “amenities not available.
