Hotel is undergoing renovation. New lighting in hallways and rooms is just awful! In room coffee maker did not work. Room was clean and comfortable. But hallways a bit of a construction zone.

"Roadtrip overnight stop"

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room had been renovated and was nice. Some of the hallways/elevator/lobby area are still a work in progress. My biggest issue was that the hotel is not located where it shows on the hotels.com map. On the map, it looks like it conveniently located right off of the interstate at an area that has a lot of restaurants/shopping, but it’s actually a different exit and in a more industrial area. Maps on my phone took me to the right location with no problem, it just wasn’t what I was expecting based on the map on hotels.com.

"Great Stay!"

Excellent stay! I stayed at the Residence Inn in Davenport for 2 weeks in July while working in the area. The hotel is recently renovated and so NICE! The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in - better than mine at home:) A++++ employees

Like the location but outside there is nroken furniture pieces, ceramics from renovations going on. Should pick this up and keep clean. My renovated room was very nice.

The building was being updated which was fine. The room we were in was excellent. Bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good too.

"Ok but will not go back."

room was renovated recently.

The pool is no longer open. The outdoor patio was in terrible shape. They promote the outdoor grill but it was FILTHY and looked like it had not been used in a long time. The $75.00 pet fee for 1 night for a small dog is outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will never stat again.
