Staff was nice

They failed to mention they were remodeling. There was no pool and no hot tub due to remodel and they never mentioned anything about the mess when booking. Also because of remodel there was not much parking due to materials being in parking lot.

This hotel was very, very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and I liked the added touch of lemon or lime ice water in the lobby at all times. And, I have to say that the shower may have been the best I’ve ever had as far as water pressure. It was amazing.

I stayed at this hotel while on business and used my Marriott points to cover the charges. I booked this hotel because of the least amount of points for the week while I was there and made a huge mistake. The hotel is under a major renovation and it didn’t state that anywhere on the Marriott app until you actually booked it. The place is a mess and I would definitely stay away until it is completed. I was actually in a renovated room and it was nice, but the noise from the construction is very annoying. The road leading down to the hotel is a mess also and needs a major overhaul also…not the hotels fault. I have to say that most of the employees I interacted with were very nice. I had one issue at the hotel and the office manager corrected it right away. My recommendation would be to stay away from this hotel until the renovation is complete and hopefully they fix the road leading to it also.

No pool and rooms are not updated. Mold and dirty! Rude front staff!

I was visiting to watch my son play baseball and Im not someone who needs an extravagant hotel, but for the price I was pleasantly surprised. The room was really nice because I believe they renovated recently. Nice staff, clean, would stay again.

We came to the Residence in because we had gone to another hotel in Davenport that was awful. Residence Inn was nice, clean, and had good service. The staff was great, as was the breakfast. I only gave it four stars on condition because they're in the middle of a remodel. I highly recommend!
