Nice hotel, in a beautiful park. Very good restaurant, friendly staff

the wi-fi connection at download speed of 0.1 Mbps is about 1:50 of acceptable. Emailing both the provider and office assistant gave no response even after one week! the expensive french wine offered at the beer stube was of a lousy quality. an expensive hotel of low value.

Stayed three nights - solid two or three star hotel -needs lots of work

A beautiful relaxing hotel that feels like it is in the middle of nowhere but is actually only a short drive from Strasbourg. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and my children were greeted with a small toy and a bag of sweets which they thought were fantastic. The restaurant had nice food but was massively over priced. We travel regularly to this standard of hotel and the restaurant was so over priced compared to similar hotels that I felt a little ripped off Breakfast was 24 euros and very average and a glass of juice was 4.50 euros when a whole bottle of the same male was 1.90 in the supermarket around the corner. There is a little salon de tee a couple of minutes walk away and we went there for breakfast after the first morning.

A beautiful place to relax! I stayed with my family for 1 day while driving through the region, would have love to stay at least another night, nice calm place to disconect if you come from a big city!

We wanted to go to Strasbourg for the Christmas markets, but by then time I looked into booking, I could not find accommodation for our family of four in Strasbourg. We ended up at the Chateau de l'Ille and Spa in neighboring Ostwald, and it worked out well for us. To get into Strasbourg, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the tram and then the tram took us directly into the town, so we didn't have to deal with parking or traffic. It cost approx. 10 euros for round trip tickets for the four of us. The hotel itself was very nice. It's nestled into a wooded setting complete with a creek running through the property. We had one room for the four of us, which included a king size bed, a sofa bed and an extra cot, and it did not feel cramped. The hotel has an indoor, heated pool (and fortunately a vending machine for swimwear because I did not anticipate this!). The buffet breakfast was very nice, as was the one dinner we ate at the hotel. We had a lovely stay, and I would consider staying here again if we were to go back to the area for the Christmas markets.

Very welcoming to the children, small but excellent pool/spa

This hotel was in the middle of nowhere if you're a tourist. The food was expensive and average. The architecture of the property mixed two styles which was odd. An okay stay. Nice spa.

Staff very helpful, restaurant has excellent food! Room tended to twice a day sometimes! Veronique went out of her way to help us. Very pleasant stay, will return!
