Great place to stay and highly recommend. Staff were great, location perfect with a short walk to Lucas Oil stadium. Bed was great and pillows super comfortable. Loved our stay. Thank you!

When I pay $500 per night I have certain expectations. I do not expect to sit for 1 hour waiting to get to the valet station. I witnessed the same issue on the 2nd my night of my stay so it was not an isolated incident. This needs to be resolved by management or don't offer valet. When I expressed my frustration at check in the clerk said "we are busy tonight"; the hotel should be staffed to handle the incoming guests. I also went to the bar for a drink and the service was lacking except for 1 bartender. She was doing the same amount of work as the 3 other bartenders who were all working in slow motion. Again I will repeat for $500 a night the service should be representative. When I departed it took 35 minutes for the valet to bring my car. The hotel knows how many guests are departing and should be staffed to handle the outflow. I would expect this overall service at a budget chain motel but not at the Omni. Save your money and go to a different hotel in downtown.

If you are going to concert at Lucus oil stadium I would stay at a different hotel. The location is great, but everything else is not. The valet service is understaffed which will cause you to wait for an unreasonable amount of time to check in. This could, as it did for me, make you late for an event you are trying to get to. The hotel management does not plan well for major events. Room service was not good in getting the food to the room while the food was still hot. I ordered breakfast and coffee, and both were barely warm. I will say that the rooms were clean, but the lighting in the rooms are very dim, so I think they were clean.....

Location-Indianapolis, Omni Severin. Valet parking took over an hour to park and 45 minutes to leave, despite knowing in advance that the hotel was full and the valet staff was limited. Poor bar and food service in the hotel lobby. The hotel room was clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working; only the room fan was, and the sink remained clogged.

Location to stadium is great. Rooms are nice.

Arriving at check in time, to have to wait in the car for 2 hours for parking. After attempting to check in www told our room was not ready. We came for a concert. Missed the first 45 minutes of it bc of valet parking was backed up. Changed our clothes in the bathroom of the lobby so we could go to the concert. 4 hours after check in received a text message that our room was ready. We were not the only ones with these issues people were all over the lobby fixing their hair and putting on makeup. The bathroom was a revolving door for people to be able to change into their clothes bc their rooms were not ready.

The hotel staff were dismissive regarding the problems of traffic delays, valet problems... Once problems became evident there were no efforts made to mitigate or explain the situation. We were nearly. late for the wedding event we attended as out of town guests. It would have been helpful if OMNI had notified guests in advance that there was construction and concert events so that people could be prepared and do some advance planning. Yet the prices for the rooms were sky high. Not a good experience.
