Omni Severin Hotel

Had an excellent stay. Room was ready early on our arrival. Hotel looks new on the inside-everything fresh appearing and clean. Suite was very spacious though bathroom was disappointingly small with almost no counter space. Bed was super comfortable. Did not use pool. Room service was fine. Restaurant in lobby with limited options and mediocre food. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. 10 min drive to zoo. Overall we were very happy with our stay

I booked a room at the Omni Severin Indianapolis for one night to attend a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. The amount I paid for one night was extremely overpriced, but the location and reputation of Omni Hotels convinced me to spend the money to stay there. After driving almost six hours, traffic came to a complete standstill once I turned onto the short street to get to the front of the hotel. We sat in our vehicle for over one hour waiting to move up to the valet. I left my adult daughter in the vehicle and went to go check in around 4:20 pm. I was told the room was not ready and they will text me when it is ready. I finally got to valet around 5 :15 pm and went back to the front desk to see if my room was ready. I was told it still wasn’t ready. Approximately 15 minutes later, at around 5:30 pm, I was texted that my room was ready. My daughter and I got to the room, changed quickly, then left to go to the concert. When we got out of the concert around 11:30 pm, we were very disappointed to come back and find that the little cafe on site was already closed and the room service was closed too. The bar area was packed full of people and there was nowhere to sit. We wanted to get some food, but there were no other options. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I will say that. That was why I gave them two stars. In the morning, we were up at 7 and I could hear the tv coming from the room next door, so the rooms have thin walls. I think Omni Severin Indianapolis needs to do better. I paid $651 for one night for a room with two beds. Nothing fancy. The room was not ready by 4 pm as promised. I also had to pay like $60 something for valet. I wish the hotel staff would have been more apologetic and they should have comp’d the valet parking fee for having us sit in our vehicle for over an hour waiting to park or offer us some kind of compensation for having to wait until 5:30 pm for our room. I will never stay at this hotel again. I would not advise anyone to stay here when there is a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium whatsoever. Very disappointed with Omni Severin Hotel.

Room was clean.

Bathroom was tiny. The pillows were terrible. Construction outside our room started at 5am. Very noisy. Extremely overpriced.

Location was great close to everything. Me and my husband were pleased with this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and the accommodated our needs during our stay.
