The location of this hotel is wonderful in relation to downtown Indianapolis. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Everyone employed that I interacted with super friendly and courteous.

The beds were less than optimal. The pillows were terrible. They couldn't keep any shape and were pretty flaccid. It made for a pretty awful sleep.

Room/ views were great

Was told I paid for a furnished balcony only to have a 3ft long 5 ft wide balcony that couldn’t even fit a chair if I wanted to furnish it myself. Explicitly the reason why I wanted the room I purchased. Very disappointed in that had plans with my spouse in mind in relation to said balcony I thought I was getting.

The staff is amazing here! On point, friendly, professional, and very helpful! The food - also fantastic. It's a great location for exploring Downtown Indianapolis, but a surprisingly great location for a 65+ person corporate event! The ambience is a bit of "John Wick / The Continental" - of which I am quite a fan. The rooms are comfortable and in great repair; everything is clean and bright - and if it's not, simply inform a staff member, and they are on the case immediately. Much appreciated! It's a fairly quiet place inside - the only trouble I encountered came from outside, as some of the locals were gearing up for the weekend - but at least they didn't bring their trouble inside! I would highly recommend this hotel! Thanks again, Omni and crew!
