Nice and friendly staff at the front desk. Hardworking housekeeping staff keep this place clean and organized. The hotel looks very deteriorated needs remodeling. The phone in the bedroom didn’t work. Only one elevator was in service. My room was on the 4th floor and I heard the noise from the bar.

My shower only provided cold water - the tub base was dirty and the iron in the closet did not work. Your staff was superior in terms of friendliness and professionalism and that's what saved them but not sure I will be back to that hotel.

The desk representatives were very accommodating and nice.

The Breakfast closed up really quick we got there at 9:33 as a family and the staff was rushing to remove everything and my family didn't really get to eat even though we were 3 minutes late we still felt it should have been some eggs, and pancakes left even if cold.
