The omelette bar was cool, however the fountains, and the bar and restaurant were the best parts besides breakfast

This is at least the second or third time I’ve stayed at this particular property over the years (30 or so), and it’s not getting any better. The hotel is as dated as the day it opened. Everything is just so old and worn out. The staff was friendly enough on this particular visit, but that doesn’t make up for the property condition itself. There’s a glass ceiling atrium that runs the length of the interior of the hotel, which would otherwise provide a great deal of daylight to the interior. However, the exterior glass has seemingly never been cleaned and is presently quite dirty, which leaves the complete interior of the hotel dark and dismal, and downright depressing. Ugh. Anyway, the place is just old and needs a good deal of work.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, easy access to stores and restaurants

The living room furniture was frayed and dated. The walls and doors had burns and marks.
