There were kids smoking drugs in the stairwells. The shower only put out a 3rd of the water. The wait for a drink at the bar was ridiculous. One elevator out of service.

"BB in Cleveland"

The location was very good for shopping and restaurants. The rooms badly need updating, but they were clean. All the furniture needs to be replaced. The lobby/atrium is very spacious; however; handicap access is troublesome because of the lengthy carpeted ramp to get to elevator or to breakfast area. The complimentary happy hour cocktails are a nice touch, but Restaurant food is pub fare. Burger was good, but rib eye left a lot to be desired. Bar staff were very courteous as were the cleaning staff. Some of the front desk staff were less friendly.

This property still has 30 year old couches, in the rooms and the bathroom has mold around the bathtub. I had to leave early because of an explosive water leak from the sink across from the bathroom. All kind of black fluid exploded everywhere, it was so toxic I just left. Very disappointed in my visit here. Will not be back

A great spot for my family to stay overnight and have breakfast, and the extra space for a baby! We loved our quick stay here.
