"The staff was good to quickly resolve the problems they could however, having so many issues in one stay was alarming."

The location was amazing- close to stores and restaurants! The breakfast and staff were more than amazing! The lobby was very modern and clean!

The showers were moldy and had soap scum, I complained and a staff member came to clean that up! Then the tub wouldnโ€™t drain while showering so engineering came up to snake the tub. The room where the two double beds wouldnโ€™t cool and engineering once again came (twice) to look at the ac, which wasnโ€™t fixed. The bathroom door (a slider) came off of the track and we were unable to close the door so someone had to come up and put the door back on its track (a new part was required). Then we requested sheets for the pull out bed and those were stained so we had to wait for a new pair to arrive.
