Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo

No power. Did not stay and gave not received refund

Convenient and close to highways

I booked online to this place and paid upfront and when I get to the hotel, the power was out. And I still don’t have my refund

Place was out of power when we got there had to try to scramble to locate another place you should be reporting these things so people can’t book

Hair everywhere in the room. We found a bunch on the sheets when we got up in the morning. Wish we would’ve investigated the sheets when we got in the room. Dirty socks in a corner that wasn’t well lit. We also found that in the morning indicating that the room was never swept. Hair on the towels in the bathroom.

Overall, my stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff ensured I had a pleasant experience, and I had no issues with the room or the property in general.

The rooms at the Four Points Sheraton Kalamazoo were not like the photos online. The hotel is old, the decor is old, the whole room was not user friendly. The room setup was not as advertised and lacking. The neighborhood was not dangerous but it was definitely not pretty.

Good accommodations for family and our dog except Saturday night when there was other people on the fifth floor smoking some form of weed product. I was under the impression that all rooms were smoke free. I had difficulty breathing that night due to my asthma and allergies since we were on the 5th floor. Also the coffee was extremely bitter both in the room and down in the lobby.

The property is clean. The bed was so comfortable- it was like sleeping on a cloud.

Breakfast is not free. They charge $15/person.

Great staff and great property. Always a great stay. Convenient for me and my team
