Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo

This was generally a disappointing choice. For $100 I had expected something approaching Sheraton/Marriot standards. In short there was not too much I liked about the stay. Even the beds were not up to standard, though of course the bedding was clean.

The grounds were not kept up with the flower garden overgrown with weeds. The carpets in the hall were dirty and smell musty. The room itself seemed to be clean and fresh. There was only one convenience cart.

Close to the location I was traveling to

The staff were clueless- on the website it stated free shuttles to the airport- which impacted my purchase- but the young man told me “no- that’s only for pilots” they gave me no information about anything at check in- horrible customer service- found a bug in my bed- hair in the bathroom- the hall smelled like urine. Do not recommend.

Handicapped accessible room was expecting walk in shower but it was a full tub. Not easy for handicapped accessible. . Stains on the bed spreads. Debris on the floor in the bathroom . Coffee pot in room did not work. Electrical outlet separated from wall. Searched on Expedia for hotels with breakfast included Expected complementary breakfast, upon check in found out breakfast was $15 per person. After looking at breakfast option the next morning we opted to eat elsewhere which was less than $15 per person. I would not stay at this hotel again. And would question staying at other Sheraton properties per personcapped person accessible

Room was very nice and the property was overall good all around.

We showed up and they did not have the two queen bed room we booked available. They put us in a a king room even though it was cheaper. Only had one towel in the bathroom and we found a bug in our room. Tough trip because we had the kids.

Bugs in the room. I got bitten twice on my arm.

We had ordered 2 queens first nigjt no queens put me in a king room Inconvenient ..next day got 2 queen room some mams flip flops left in our room changed rooms also ended up having someones shaved face hair in the bathroom sink that was in went to front desk to get refun and leave this filthy place ..highly NOT recommend unless u like to sleep in filth.
