Place was kinda uncomfortable, had a scary kinda look but it was cleverly clean staff was helpful with extra towels etc

Room was infested with ants. Blinds were broken.

I had NO water in my room!!! I request a room change and they told me there were no rooms with working water available! The next morning the front desk staff has no notice of my issues from the night before. I was told there they could until their manager came in on Monday and it would be my responsibility to call and see if there is anything they could do about it. I have never had that type of incompetency in a hotel staff in my life!

The only nice thing about this place was how close it was to everything.

When you walk in, it looks ok, with a decent lobby, eating area and big conference room, but as soon as you see the hallways and elevator, you can tell how outdated the place is. There was no ice machines, so they had a tall drink cooler down by the lobby filled with ice that people could use. Their pool doesn’t work. I was in town for my sister’s wedding and stayed there 5 nights. My room was only cleaned once during that time. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The first time I turned my sink on, the water was dark yellow. I was one of the lucky ones that had shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall of my shower, but the conditioner wouldn’t come out when I pushed the button, despite it being full. I ended up taking the lid off and scooping some out. The most frustrating part of my stay was the amount of times my room key card stopped working. There were a few days I would have to go to the front desk more than once during the day because I needed new room key cards. And this all was not just happening to me. Guests for the wedding (some family, some not) had the same or worse experiences. We had a family member check in very late (after 1am) and when they went to their room and opened the door, someone was already staying in there and sleeping! I’ve never stayed somewhere with so many problems.

Everything exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless, and the amenities rival those of a high-end hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entire property felt safe, clean, and well cared for.

Honestly, nothing. Every part of my stay was better than expected.

When you walk in the front door it is clean and up to date. The breakfast area, bar and conference room very nice. Once you to down hall towards the rooms plaster falling from the ceiling, carpet dirty/stained. No ac in the hallways(strange). Key cards had to be repeatedly (3-4 times a day)fixed as they didn’t work. Did not happen to us but to my niece. Someone was already in the room they were assigned to(sleeping). Bad smelling rooms, ants and spiders. We were here for a wedding. Would never recommend or stay here again
