This was likely the worst hotel stay I have had in a long time, maybe ever. The staff were friendly, it was the property itself. I did get an upgraded room due to my bonvoy status so I cannot begin to think what a normal room would be like. After check in we head up to the room where the hallway smelled wet like an old hotel or wet dog. We got into the room and it was large but nothing but a bed, TV stand, TV, desk, two end tables, a little table on an off wall for the phone, and one chair. We were there one night so it was not a big deal. I tried to get washed up for the night but had no soap. The front desk would not answer so I went downstairs to the desk. Turns out there are two others in line and no staff. He was on his own taking care of other issues. He gave me soap and I headed back up. My wife felt like she was rolling off the bed and the pillows were so small that I they would look tiny on a twin bed. The next morning we went to open the blinds and they did not work. We tried to take a shower and found that the bottles on the wall were gone and we had two little conditioner bottles next to the sink. No shampoo. Finally head down to the breakfast that was included, a little worried... My wife went to have the eggs and could not eat them. They were green inside. I asked for a call from a manager yesterday, nothing. I left a VM today, we shall see.

Had a room on the first floor which was great since we had a small dog with us. Also liked that they do recycle.

Location is sketchy, older hotel, no one ever came to give us clean towels, sheets etc.

Low price, but you get what you pay for. Property is more ‘tired’ than online pictures might suggest.
