"Non è un albergo per italiani!"

La location è bellissima, il mare e la struttura sono in generale molto belli ma il resto (personale, servizi, pulizia, orari, prezzi) è deludente.

Personale maleducato e poco disponibile, sopratutto il personale che lavora presso i ristoranti. Il servizio di pulizia è pessimo, non puliscono nulla e addirittura il primo giorno abbiamo trovato una coperta sporca, per due giorni ci hanno tolto le lenzuola del sofa bed e un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulire la stanza. I prezzi all’interno dell’hotel sono piuttosto elevati e anche nel supermarket i prezzi sono il doppio di quelli che troverete all’etserno. Il resort non offre molte attività, solo una attività al giorno in piscina e delle attività la sera (dal venerdì alla domenica) alle quali nessuno partecipa. Gli orari dei ristoranti non hanno senso, il cibo è orribile e la maggior parte offrono la cena fino alle 9 pm e la colazione massimo fino alle 10.30 am. In generale, tutti i servizi non erano all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle.
