Service was terrible the entire week. Housekeeping was not consistent and bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Management did address the housekeeping issue but I would not expect this to occur at this level of hotel.

"The Westin hotel is remarkable property with an amazing staff, which resulted in an incredible stay!"

The property is absolutely stunning! Beautiful views, sunsets that are magical and it is in pristine condition. It was an incredibly comfortable stay and the staff was amazing! If we needed anything at all, we simply requested it in a text message or at the front desk and the item was handled in very short order.

"Disappointing, stupid expensive, below average food, and rude staff in the coffee shop."

The front desk staff and guest services were great. Very friendly and helpful. The pickleball court was a little beat up but we had fun playing. The fitness center was slightly above average compared to other resorts we've visited. The resort has several water stations and provides a reusable water bottle, which was super convenient. The beach area was small but nice.

Overall, the remainder of the staff particularly in the coffee shop had a horrible attitude and body language. The prices at the resort are stupid high -- at least 5X what you would pay for the same food/drinks/items in the U.S. If you enjoy relaxing on the beach, then I'd definitely suggest trying a different place. VERY few chairs and umbrellas at the beach, and the race to claim chairs in the morning was a little crazy. Our room was not serviced each day and we had to regularly ask for basic items, including fresh towels, bar soap, and toilet paper. The only day housekeeping came to clean our room (without being asked) was the day we checked-out. They showed up promptly at 11AM, checkout time. The food was also below average. We would absolutely not return to the Westin, nor would we return to St. Thomas. We took the ferry to St. John for the day and loved it there. Would definitely recommend staying in St, John and renting a Jeep. The beaches there are amazing and less crowded. The people on St. John are also 100% more friendly!
