Liked the resort atmosphere. Great pools, beach, hot tub, etc.

Musty smell in room. This needs addressed. Others have complained about this as well. Get an air exchanger in the rooms. This will fix it. For what the cost is to stay here I expect NO MOLD AND MUSTY SMELL. Not impressed with breakfast food. Minimal options. Actually, only one option onsite with very small menu. Otherwise, it was a breakfast buffet at other resort. I should be able to use the hot tub at the Buay Haus. No one was using hot tub and worker indicated I couldn't use it. Wanted me to use the Westin hot tub. Staff needs better training

The resort was clean and the staff were super friendly. Getting transportation was a breeze!

There are definitely not enough beach chairs when the two hotels are full! Also didn’t like that the restaurants don’t over lap in open times so there are a few hours a day that one restaurant will close and another doesn’t open for an hour or so. Everyone on vacation is on a different time schedule and it would be nice to always have a food option.

The location and the vibe of the hotel was great. Rooms and the views were very nice. Free upgrade to an ocean view. Much appreciated.

Valet took a LONG time. Even when we called down beforehand, the lady we spoke with never relayed the message to the valet. There was one time we could see our car in the second parking spot closest to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for it. This was the experience almost every time. We were told that everything runs slow on "island time" but definitely room for improvement. Coming off season, a few of the restaurants were closed. That was unfortunate but understandable. The pool bar stopped serving drinks at 4 or 5pm. There were 15 people looking to get drinks at 5pm on a Friday and the bar was closed. The sun had not set, the bartenders will still there, and they said it was hotel policy on the hours they could serve. A change would be well received.
