Bagian sarapan terbilang oke , makanan dan stafnya oke..

Bagian front terlalu lama (low respon) untuk melayani, bagian security tidak bisa membedakan antara tamu atau tidak. Bagian yang lain udah oke.

Staying at this hotel was a genuinely pleasant experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Bryan at the front office, who was incredibly helpful and friendly from check-in until the day I left. His service made my stay feel more personal and comfortable. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely come back!

The moment we arrived at Sheraton Hotel Surabaya two days ago, we immediately felt at home. The concierge team, Budi and Ony, quickly assisted us with our luggage and professionally escorted my family to the lounge, while guiding me to the reception for check-in. At the front desk, Fay welcomed me with a warm smile and helped me through the check-in process. She was extremely accommodating with my request to have all my family members placed on the same floor. Everything was handled seamlessly, and I’m confident that Putri, the duty manager at the time, ensured everything went smoothly behind the scenes. While waiting, a staff member kindly offered me a welcome drink—unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but her hospitality was greatly appreciated. On my last day, Lilla from reception was incredibly helpful in arranging my airport transfer. She made sure I had everything I needed before departure. I also had a massage treatment during my stay, and Syaifudin from the spa was very professional—he explained the available treatments clearly so I could choose the right one. And finally, thank you to Eko S, who drove me to Surabaya Airport. He was polite, friendly, and made the ride comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. I have no doubt I’ll return to stay at this hotel again in the near future.
