Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers

I stayed at Sheraton Surabaya for a short trip, and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything around the hotel felt well looked after. One thing that stood out the most was the atmosphere at the Club Lounge. Wisnu, Ibnu, and Rio were consistently friendly and attentive throughout my stay. They remembered small details, checked in on guests without being intrusive, and created a relaxed environment that made me enjoy spending time there. It’s the kind of service that leaves a good impression long after the trip ends. I’d be happy to stay here again when I’m in Surabaya.

Mr Wisnu Ibnu Rio from the Sheraton Club Lounge was fantastic. It was my bro and my first time dining at the lounge. We are only 11 and 10 years old, but he treated us with so much kindness and patience. He even surprised us with a bowl of ramen each. “ I am here because of you,” he said. An amazing Club Lounge. Very efficient and respectful staff. Wisnu, Ibinu and Rio, were very helpful. Nothing was too much bother. Selection of food and drinks was perfect and substantial. The staff were so attentive and helpful with all requests. This flies a high flag for Sheraton.

Amazing experience, beautiful decoration, the best part is 24-hour gym. Breakfast is also nice, lots of option, nusantara, western, and the taste was also great

Location and decor.

I had a lovely time here, the staff were divine, especially Seruni, Lilla. The pool was divine I only wish I had more time to languish. Great location and I would very happily stay here again. Thank you.

This is the best experience hotel for staying on the surabaya. Its on the center of surabaya and near with shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza and also this was the great opportunity to stay especially for the service from the consierge, I'm not much remembered the name of them but there was somebody help me they are chanif, dafa, ari and aziz. It was good experience to sharing story with them. They have take me to a good stay and nice treat just only talking about my day and what my activities its so comfortable to have them in my holiday. This was good experience to know how much good things come when you stay to this hotel. So proud to stay in Sheraton hotel.

Got my room upgraded to junior suite. Thank you Mas Bryan & Pak Arie. They both are also very informative & friendly. The gym is surprisingly more complete to usual hotel gym. The club lounge staff is also friendly. The food is also good
