The staff and housekeeping were awesome!!!! Everyone there was so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nice people, quick to deal with problems

No recognizable signage : I wouldn't have found it without Maps Navigation. If I could have safely continued to drive, I would not have stayed... even with forfeiture of my funds. Questionable electric outlets. There is a two inch open gap under the exterior door. Slow flushing toilet. Rusted lamps and bases. The refrigerator wasn't working, and then the replacement refrigerator had heavy hoar frost inside the freezer. Unfortunately, the bare minimum of a continental breakfast offering : 3 individual mini-packages of Hostess mini-doughnuts, 3 bulk containers of cereal, coffee, No one at the front desk for 9 am check out. Lights weren't even alight in the lobby/front desk/breakfast area.

The Staff was Amazing!!! We Love Mon, He was Very Friendly & Always kept us Laughing. Definitely 5 Stars!!! You Rock Mon!! We Loved the Pool Also!! On a Serious Note ya’ll Really Should Look at Keeping the Pool open til 10 during Summer Months. We Truly enjoyed our Stays there & Will Definitely stay again. The Crawford’s

Everything was good

Took to long to get towels

First thing is I called the hotel ahead of time and told them that I wasn’t going to arrive until the night because I was held up in Dallas. So when I arrived at check in my card was charged for the stay.I was also charged a hold charge because I didn’t check in at 3.00pm. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The area was so scary and that we were afraid to go outside because of all the drug addicts and weird looking people hanging around. I ordered a smoking room and they’re wasn’t even an ash tray inside the room. The housekeepers tried to tell me that I could only have one set of towels evern though I booked for two people. The sheets had holes in them and the mattress looked like it’s been there since the hotel was built. Stains everywhere and the tv had a line in the middle of the screen. The room number is 235 and it had roaches and I was bitten by bed bugs and had to wash and dry my clothes before I left Shreveport. I wasn’t supposed to check out until Monday morning at 11 but the conditions were so horrible that we left Sunday at 12. I immediately informed the staff and all he said was that he couldn’t give me a refund because it was past checkout time. I don’t recommend that anyone books here..
