This hotel was nothing like the photos. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that others need to be warned. Our first room was filthy and uncomfortable—hot, stuffy, and smelled terrible. The AC unit was covered in sticky residue, and there were bugs in the window sill. The sheets were stained, and the overall condition was unhygienic. I reported this to the front desk and was moved to another room, but unfortunately, it was just as bad. The second room had bathroom floors that were peeling and unstable, with a soft spot near the vanity that felt unsafe to walk on. The bathroom was so dirty that we didn’t even feel comfortable using it. There were stains on the walls, one bed had a ripped comforter, and the refrigerator had bugs inside. Even the phone was missing buttons. The pool was green and murky, and the surrounding area was cluttered with debris. I ultimately returned to the office to request a refund—I couldn’t allow my children to stay in those conditions. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is not safe, clean, or even close to what’s advertised.

Horrible area - the beds/room were FILTHY - black grease, and what I can only assume was a fecal smear on the sheets. I was in the room less than 30 mins before my guest refused to stay and booked a room in Bossier. Meanwhile, Pete Patel "owner" REFUSES to reimburse my money. Do NOT waste your time/money. I tried 6 times to get my money back - I even offered NOT to leave this factual but damning review. Room 246. I had new sheets sent up trying to make the best of a bad situation. Changed the beds myself. Their people didn't even offer. After I insisted on leaving, they tried to get us into another room, but my guest wasn't having it. And they claim that because I refused the other room, I'm not entitled to a refund .. so $87 to change my own bed, be in the room less than 30 mins AND have to drop $150 elsewhere ... to hell with this disgusting location, and it's "managers"

For the most part it was a typical budget motel; Cheap breakfast of cereal and nutrigrain bars and thin conforters and lumpy pillows on the bed. The pro was an amazing air conditioner. The cons were a sketchy neighborhood a stained bottom sheet on the mattress. I don't know if it was blood or piss but they weren't small stains..

One night stay to visit my husband working out of town. Easy check-in, staff was friendly and room was comfortable. Price was decent and pool was great.

It was quite. The staff there was nice and helpful.

The bathroom was nasty and the tub was peeling. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean so much old caked up dirt was on the wall
