The location. Very conveniently situated for shopping/dining in Back Bay and the harbor district.

The hotel is showing its age. The first room that we stayed in for two nights was perhaps the smallest hotel room I can recall in the US. Bathroom was the size of a closet. Carpet frayed; furniture old and worn. We were able to move to a larger room for the last two nights: it was in the same condition, only larger. At these prices, Hilton needs to step it up.

Location, lobby, food. Staff was amazing and accommodating.

Overpriced for the extremely small room, even though it was an upgrade. Overpriced for the lack of view, our view consisted of two brick walls with windows, one on the right and one on the left. We did not receive any washcloths in our bathroom.

'Cozy' room was ridiculously small. My husband could not fit in the shower and he is just an average-sized guy! Should have taken a pic.

Stylish, clean

Small rooms for value. Creditcard issues at check-in (but not anywhere else), and a reluctance to help out. Poor included breakfast organization and unclear 15USD credit phenomenon. Staff provides service but isnt really friendly

Bathroom leaking with the floor always wet. Called reception twice. After insisting they took a look and left a towel on the wet floor and said they would take care of it after we check out. We spent 4 nights with a bathroom wet floor. Unbelievable. Room size is ridiculous too.
