We LOVED staying at Hotel Theo. The rooms were super comfortable. Great location, very walkable with great food nearby. Incredible staff - we truly loved all of them. Kerry at the front desk was especially lovely and accommodating!

"Ask for Kerry at the front desk !"

Came to New Orleans on a solo trip to see my favorite band and didn’t really know anyone so I spent a lot of time at and near the hotel. Kerry at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He got me a new room right away after telling him I wasn’t happy in my current room and he gave great recommendations on things to do in the area. I would literally come back because of how great his service was ! The restaurant here is also very good and they make a great match latte.

"Kerry Made My Stay Exceptional—Twice"

I recently stayed at Hotel Theo for the second time, and once again I had a wonderful experience thanks to Kerry at the front desk. I first met him during my stay in June, and he made such a positive impression that I was happy to see him again this trip. Kerry is professional, kind, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. He always greets you with a warm smile, takes the time to answer questions, and offers thoughtful recommendations that make the stay even better. On both of my visits, his genuine care and outstanding hospitality really stood out and set the tone for the entire stay. Hotel Theo is very fortunate to have Kerry on their team. Because of his consistency and kindness, I will definitely continue to return and recommend this hotel to others.
