A fine boutique hotel with amazing customer service. Very clean, stylish, and updated. Kerry was great and we’ll definitely be back!

A Special Thanks to Kerry, Javon, Tim, Gwen, and the Amazing Bar Team! Our family stayed at Hotel Theo from July 2 to July 6, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A huge thank you to Kerry, Javon, Tim, and Gwen for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Each of them brought warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made us feel welcomed and valued every step of the way. Kerry greeted us with such kindness and made check-in a breeze. Javon was incredibly attentive and always made sure our needs were met, often before we even realized them. Tim was consistently friendly and helpful, and Gwen made a lasting impression with her patience, positivity, and thoughtful service. We also want to highlight the incredible team at the bar. They were not only skilled and efficient but also friendly and engaging creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere that we looked forward to every evening. Their drinks were fantastic, and their personalities made the experience even better. Thanks to this outstanding team, our stay at Hotel Theo felt less like a hotel visit and more like being welcomed by old friends. Wow this was a great place. It was so Beautiful, super clean, and a great location. The restaurant attached was wonderful food! Hotel Theo has an amazing staff. Quinn and Kerry were the best front desk team members I have ever seen. It was perfect!

Kerry was extremely helpful at the front desk…he made some accommodations to help with my stay.

The parking was kind of hectic

This entire stay was wonderful! The service from all employees was amazing. They were friendly accommodating and delivered exceptional service. After a long day of travel, Tim managed my check-in effortlessly and answered all of my questions. Throughout our stay, I interacted with Kerry, Emmanuel, Jevon, and Gwen. All were exceptional! The service I received here is in the top 5% of all my travels, both domestic and international. The accommodations were also top-notch. Beautiful decor, clean rooms, and helpful housekeeping staff. The hotel is conveniently located with a number of restaurants nearby. Very walkable area that felt safe. The hotel valet system was also efficient. The food in the on-site restaurant was delish!
