Staff was amazing and so was the food at the restaurant. Definitely will stay here again. The rooms are also cute and decorative.

This boutique hotel has so much character and charm. However, the staff were absolutely phenomenal and let me call them by name! Tim and Gwen checked on us throughout our stay and I appreciated it! Kerry was so hospitable and friendly! The rooms were nice and spacious and I would stay again!

Kerry was great . Greeted at the front door hotel was nice and clean smelt good. Very welcoming. Room was beautiful and clean very nice view

OMG KERRY the hotel attendant was the Sweetest ever !! He made sure all of our needs and wants were met in a quick and efficient fashion. He truly is the epitome of great customer service and an alla around human being. Does an amazing job of upholding the Hilton brand. He truly deserves a raise/promotion.

Let me say the front desk was amazing (Kerry) was outstanding and so helpful. The lobby was immaculate and the hotel was just perfect. I will be back and I hope Kerry is here to give us excellent service. Plus a little history on the hotel. 5-stars.

Small streets

My friend and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and we have zero complaints about the staff and the hotel itself. Kerry, who checked us in, was accommodating and very nice. He and another gentleman gave us restaurant suggestions that turned out to be great. I recommended this hotel to another friend before checking out! Will definitely stay here again.

I want to take this moment to talk about my experience and stay at Hotel Theo June 12th thru June 14th. Let me start with a Que lo que shout to Emmanuel and his amazing staff Owen…. Sorry meant Gwen, Hasahnee, Max and Javon. Normally when I am in New Orleans I stay at The Roosevelt or Hilton Riverside, this time I decided to try Hotel Theo and although the ambience and decor of the hotel is nice I at first thought I walked into the “Sunken Place”. However, those thoughts were quickly dispelled during the check in process. Owen sorry again Ms. Gwen, made my early check in process smooth and effortless. Mr. Max in Engineering although not normally in customer guest facing position provided wonderful insight in places to see in visit in New Orleans. Mr. Javon also in engineering provided wonderful recommendations on great non touristy places to eat and his recommendations were on point. Ms. Hasahnee also gave some good recommendations and laughs. But my MVP has to be Ms. Gwendolyn, from assisting with my early check in to giving me awesome Diamond Room upgrade RM 807 if you know you know, and recommending The Commerce Diner, she was a pleasure meet and interact with. Once again Mr. Emmanuel you have a phenomenal team working with you at Hotel Theo. But just like in infomercials “But wait there’s more” Mr. Davonte you and your staff at The Lyons Corner Bar/Restaurant were just as amazing. Head Chef Nyeisha, Chef Marc, Melanie, Michelle, Jeremy and Antonio all provided great service and good vibes. My MVPs are Chef Marc for the fabulous Bang Bang Oysters she prepared I was craving charbroiled oysters but man those Bang Bang Oysters were hittin!!!! But SERIOUSLY Mr. Davonte get some charbroiled oysters on the menus to complement the fried oysters you guys serve call them Char Char Oyster or something just get them on the menu. The other MVP is Head Chef Nyeisha her Breakfast Jambalaya was amazing the jambalaya was plentiful but yet I had satisfy my inner fat boy and order another it was delicious. Mr. Davonte you have a talented and helluva staff working with you. All of you made my stay at Hotel Theo a very enjoyable one thank you one and all.
