Hotel Theo New Orleans, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The location was great and the decor was beautiful. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I didn’t like that the sink was holding water and later was told you need to turn the stopper at the bottom so that doesn’t happen. I wish we were told that information upon arrival. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, however, the toilet leaked all through the restroom floor and we had to change rooms.

The location and the modern look of the hotel was nice. We were walking distance from everything New Orleans! Bourbon was a good five minutes to walk to.

I did not like how the staff wasn't very knowledgeable of their jobs or the hotel itself. The incidental fee was ridiculous and you also have to involuntarily pay for a snack voucher that you may or may not use. And the snack and beverage options were awful. Only three kinds of drinks and snacks that no one likes. And the lighting in the rooms were horrible with no outside light available.

We really like staying here. The gym was under renovation but at least they had a gym down the street we can use. Also we wished there was filtered water available and that there was a mini fridge but not a big deal

Watch out for surprises! They have rooms with no windows! No hairdryer in room and when called for one, never received one the 2 nights we were there, even when we asked more than once. Clean, comfortable beds, but was not enough to rate higher than a 1.

Front desk attendants were fantastic, Gwen and Kerry were inviting and helpful. With a little more attention to the facilities this property would be outstanding. They have a sun deck patio that isn’t available and need of some work, would be a great spot to enjoy an evening. My only complaint was my car was returned at checkout smelling like marijuana. When letting the staff know this, I was reminded that the valet company was 3rd party.

Tub was stopped up , hair every where on the sink in restroom . Horrible time checking in , and other guest knocking on door and running after midnight thinking it’s funny you’re trying to sleep .
