"Decent for a weekend getaway "

Hotel was decent. You can tell they are making changes for the better. We were told that the hot tub was working but unfortunately it was not. We even called in advance.

There was blood on my sheets day 1. I had NO cable for the entire stay. I asked for a refund, however was only granted 1 night. It was the e absolute worst stay ever. I will not be back

Super helpful lobby staff. Karen helped my correct my email address and got my rewards account up to date. Also opened and held the door for me because my hands were full! Would recommend staying here if you’re traveling in the Big Rapids area.

"College graduation stay"

Stay was overall good. We stayed for my son’s college graduation, only one elevator was working, pool was freezing, hot tub was not hot and jets did not work. My parents asked for a king room and they got two queens. And their air conditioner was not working.

That it was a larger lobby and breakfast area than normal, probably because it originally was a Holiday Inn. Friendly personnel. Didn't like that yhe restaurant was gone, didn't like the low toilets, didn't like that there were no instructions regarding the tv or working the remote. We couldn't get it to change channels-- so no tv.
