Stains on the pillow cover. Stains all over the floor. Toilet was running when we walked in and when I flushed the toilet the smell got worse. Moved us to another room and the ac wouldn’t work and the room was still dirty.

After 30 hours of travel delays, this hotel and its staff welcomed us with kindness. The staff treated us with empathy, and the the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, with lots of extras as well.

Good location near Ferris State U in Big Rapids. Plenty of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and quick. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Parts of the hotel are very out of date. Our room on the 2nd floor seemed like a step back in time to the 90s. Dated shower/tub and toilet. No bath vent. Door did not shut well. Kind of dark and dated in the room. It appeared that renovations are happening, but did not seem to be like the usual Holiday Inn Expresses we go to.
