TV did not work. ShPower door I installed backward, preventing use of grab bar, hitting shower head, and hanging the towel bar on the inside where it would get wet. Room phone would not connect to front desk.

Parking was good air conditioning was excellent hot tub jets didn’t work and bugs was is the hot tub floating around breakfast was also excellent. The staff was amazing we had stains on our bed they switched the bedding for us my only problem was the bugs in the hot tub and the pool was way to cold

"It was shitty"

We didn't like anything 😭

Well our room was smelling and dirty. The fourth floor was so hot and dark as not enough lighting. The hot tub was cold and disgusting it needs to be cleaned as hair and pieces of skin were floating 😞 gross gross. The pool was Cold but decent. They only had one elevator working seems strange. We wont be going back. I wish I had listened to the reviews i had seen. But I wanted to give them a fair chance never again it ruined my birthday

I was concerned when we pulled in and it looked like they were working on the hotel but I was quite pleased when we went inside. The room was nice the employees were great and they had a nice variety for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

"Pool an hot tub disgusting! Bathroom in room disgusting"

Location

The hotel is not clean. Pool and hot tub was disgusting and dirty, we couldn't even enjoy it. Ceiling was falling apart on top of that. Our bathroom in our room was absolutely disgusting and our tv didn't work and when we asked for a tv guide because our room didn't have any info guides the front desk said it probably just doesn't work and if we couldn't figure it out she will come to our room to play with it.

They are clearly going through a renovation, so I’m giving some grace. But the bathroom was tired and there are water soaked tiles on the ceiling of the hall on the 4th floor.
