I booked a room and stated i won't be arriving til 6am I they put me as no show. I them won't give me refund and made me pay for an extra night

And the TV did work. Couldn't connect. I just kept restarting to the beginning.

The hotel was nice and the staff accommodating, but when we got there Holiday Inn had decided to update all their systems and we could not check in. We had been up since 2:30 AM arrived at 7:00PM and the last thing we wanted to do was wait in the lobby!!

Holiday Inn needs to review their policy of updating their system so early in the evening. We had to wait an hour and they finally let us sign in manually.

"Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn"

location was good

Hotel is run down. Dirty. The TV remote didn't work. Breakfast was bad. Milk was like cottage cheese. Sausage was rubbery. Eggs were rubbery. Not to Holiday inn standards.

"Disappointing Stay Due to Pool Issues"

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ The lobby and food area were clean, and our room and bathroom were also tidy and well-kept. No complaints there — the housekeeping team clearly does a good job. However, the missing three stars are all due to the pool area. We stayed last weekend and the pool was ice cold with a weird film floating on the surface — honestly pretty gross. We figured we’d just use the hot tub instead, but it was discolored and the jets didn’t work at all. On top of that, there were no pool towels available. When we asked the front desk, they said the hotel was short-staffed after a busy weekend and simply didn’t have any clean towels left. The whole pool experience was awful. We were so turned off by the condition of the water that we ended our evening early so the kids could shower and rinse off whatever was in there. Really disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this visit.

"Horrible stay. Do not recommend. Better off going to Hampton or going to grand Rapids"

Breakfast was mediocre but ok

Room sucked. Lotion in room was expired and had bad smell when applying to the body Washroom was disgusting Air conditioning didn’t work No fan in the washroom Mould and rust in the tub Food left in the fridge Tv channel didn’t work
