"I’m very disappointed with condition of the hot tub & pool."

The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.

Hot tub jets were broken and the hot tub was VERY nasty. The pool was ice cold. There’s mold all over the tub and bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The pictures online are very deceiving and it was EXTREMELY disappointing!

"Crappy hotel"

Nothing....going home

No pool, no hot tub couldn't get the my tablets attached to the Wi-Fi had no cable TV have two kids very dissatisfied having to fix stuff because oh the handle came off of a door lamps were on were loose like there was a lot of negative and having to pay the price it was was ridiculous. I would love a refund completely

Would have been nice to have two working elevators. The whole place seemed under construction with even the pool drained. Also, popcorn was spilled all over the front entrance for days.
