Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria

I liked that it has a seperate living room. I also like that the room had two TV's.

I didn't like that there was not a microwave in the room.

Location is excellent and the beds are great. Staff is friendly.

We did need to almost beg to get the room clean. They went over two days without making the room and we repeatedly asked for it.

Breakfast was great and the staff very accommodating. We were there because we had a layover and just went to the website to choose a hotel. We were very happy with the hotel. It is also in a great neighborhood with lots of food options. Also the shuttle from the airport was great!

We got in late and the restuarant had closed so maybe I’d there were offerings you could heat up in your room. Would need a small microwave in the rooms.

The location was good

No microwave to heat food, 150 hold fee, the rooms is not what you expect because I paid for a balcony room and didn’t get it, they try telling me that I didn’t pay for the but no other room that was available for booking had balconies

Clean, quiet, nice neighborhood

The beds here are harder than the floor and I’m not exaggerating. I slept on the floor because the beds are like sleeping on a solid rock. I barely slept because whoever designed these rooms forgot the most important part of a hotel room is the bed, because WHY? will never return and will actively tell people to avoid this place since they put more money into being fashionable than they do function.
