Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

What I didn’t like was that the pool was not open the whole time I was there. When I asked if the pool would be open at all the lady at the desk just said no. Then offered us to go to the nearby hotel to go to their pool but it was very inconvenient since it was cold outside and we had to go in the cold to go to the other hotel for a pool and come back soaking wet from being at the other pool. No one told me at check in the pool wasn’t working. So that was disappointing when having children the point of us choosing this hotel was because they had the pool. The fact it was not open the whole time was very disappointing!

This premise provide a shuttle from and to the airport ... this was top choice of mine. Everything they did was provisional!!

NO ICE, when there was no ice for the vending machine not a big deal but ... I am an ice lover.... otherwise everything was provided.

Only.issue was we.picked this place for the pool which was broken down. That should be communicated to hotels.com by the hotel.when ir happens

Liked the shuttle service and free toothpaste. Adequate dinner options and good breakfast ones. Room okay; shower a bit wonky and no microwave. Heating system great!

Great and friendly staff ... clean smell to the premises ... the best kitchen hotel food I've ever had and worth the price .. just a hop skip and a jump to downtown. If I come back -- would like to see the Indians Triple A team -- I will book here. Thank you.

The room overall was nice. When we got settled for the night and went to pull out our hide-a-bed, there were no pillows and only one thin blanket. I called the front desk and asked for pillows since we didn’t have any for that bed. She told me she would check but they were full and didn’t think they had anymore. My family had to go to the store after 10pm to buy pillows to sleep on…. I had a hard time calling the front desk, because the phone in the room would only work if you held the cord a certain way…

Everyone is so welcoming. The food is amazing. Our room is beautiful. It’s my first time being in Indianapolis, and I’m glad that I got to spend it here. Wish I can stay longer if I didn’t have to go back to work Monday!!

Comfortable and clean.

The main reason we booked this particular hotel was for the hot tub and pool. This was our plan during downtime from my daughters event. It clearly stated on booking.com that "yes, the pool is open," yet it wasn't when we arrived. I guess I'll have to call places from now on to make sure.
