I chose the Courtyard for 2 reason 1. Shuttle to the airport and the cost. On check-in the front desk was very polite. I was heading to the airport to drop my rental off since they had a shuttle. The shuttle driver had just got back but followed me back to drop the rental. That was huge for me because it was a cold night in Indy. Hotel Cafe had decent food for dinner and shuttle got me back to the airport for early flight.

The room was extremely clean. The bathroom was nice. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Great place for a small family. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was not up to the standards of a courtyard - very disappointed. The room was not very clean. I asked for an additional blanket and one was delivered with blood stains on it. No complimentary coffee. Bad experience overall. Will definitely not be returning

"Shuttle service two and from the airport"

Location close to the airport.

No one came to empty the trash. No one came to give clean towels after we called the front desk and door housekeeping twice we finally got clean towels by 10 PM. No one informed us up on checking in that they don’t service the room on a daily basis.
