I received an incredibly warm welcome by the team on reception. The room itself is very large, with a nice shower facility. unfortunately the whirlpool was broken. The swimming pool was okay albeit a bit cold and shallow. The massive downside of this hotel was a terrible breakfast. Never in my travelling experiences have I ever encountered a welcome so cold plus a response of “there is no milk”. This made breakfast choices either ridiculous expensive or as what I did choosing the oatmeal option which was made with water and was a bluish wallpaper paste type taste I’ve ever encountered. For this sort of class and level I would expect a minimum and member of staff to go to a local supermarket and buy some milk.

I was very dissapointed to find out at check in the pool and hot tub were not able to be used, this was the only reason i booked with this hotel

We were not given the room that we booked and when we asked to be placed in the right size room. They said there is nothing they can donits not there fault. They even said we were lucky to get a room because they were actually over booked.

I enjoyed my short stay, would stay there again.

The property is dated, but the room was clean and orderly. Food choices inhouse is limited, so are the food choices in the immediate area. Staff was friendly and the shuttle was also good. Clenliness of the property was acceptable. Location is near the airport, perhaps a 15 minute shuttle ride. The vicinity had an industrial type of a look, slight inner city like, an older neighborhood.

Cocktails and flatbread were great. Service was great from I believe Sharon? Forgot her name, sorry
