The hotel is very nice, great location. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming, especially for $400 + room charge per night. There is no complimentary breakfast. Continental is $15, full buffet is $17. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall an ok stay, I guess I just wish that, for the price, the staff could act a little more friendly and welcoming, even if its just an act....LOL

Te cobran un deposito de $100 dolares que no devuelven, llevo 1 mes y ellos no lo han devuelto, te cobran estacionamiento aunque booking te lo incluye y no te informan nada, solo te piden la tarjeta para un seguro que supuestamente te devuelven al salir y no devuelve nada, el desayuno NO está incluido es carisimo y nada grande. Pero esta bien ubicado y tiene muchas cosas cerca.

The hotel was in a good location, and the room was nice. However, the staff seemed challenged to provide my (gold member) food and beverage credit, and when I finally got it, it was mistakenly categorized as a charge and not a credit. I had to call the main Hilton office to clear it up.

Η τοποθεσία και το μέγεθος του δωμάτιου

Πολύ κακή ή συμπεριφορά της κοπέλας στην ρεσεψιόν. Το check in ήταν 16:00. Εμείς φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο περίπου 11:30. Φυσικά δεν ήταν έτοιμα τα δωμάτια και μας είπε ότι θα είναι περίπου 16:00 έτοιμα. Εμείς αφήσαμε τις αποσκευές στα αυτοκίνητα και βγήκαμε στην πόλη. Επιστρέψαμε 15:30 και τα δωμάτια δεν ήταν έτοιμα. 15:45 ερχόντουσαν πελάτες και τους έδινε δωμάτια. Πήγα τότε να ζητήσω τα δωμάτια μας και μου μίλησε με πολύ άσχημο τρόπο να περιμένω στην σειρά μου και δεν ήταν 16:00. Η κοπέλα μου μίλησε με πολύ άσχημο τρόπο και μας έδωσε τα δωμάτια ακριβώς 16:00 και Φυσικά χωρίς να μας δώσει πληροφορίες όπως έπρεπε για το πρωινό και χώρους του ξενοδοχείου και το πάρκινγκ Αυτή η κοπέλα δεν κάνει για αυτή την δουλειά και μάλιστα ρεσεψιόν. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
