"The worst Hilton I have seen"

By far the worst Hilton I ever stayed in. I can't imagine how and why so rude the receptionist was. She literally threw the receipt at me. The breakfast was no good and the breakfast staff was no friendly or so polite. I don't recommend this place at all.

"Room was nice staff was nice hot tub could’ve been warmer but need to inform of extra fees on booking website."

The hot tub was nice.

They have over 100$ extra holding fees a the unexpected things that I had to pay such as 26$ a night on top of booking the room just to park in their parking lot. Not cool.

"Don’t trust the rating"

In the USA, this is not a four star hotel. “Recently renovated”…where? Hotel lobby felt more like a worn out community center. We were moved out of our first room because the bedding was stained, same thing in the next room, just not as bad. Checked out by 7:30am. We booked this hotel solely based on the four star rating, be warned. Do better Hilton!
