"Good for overnighter"

Location is great for a night at footy. The breakfast and staff are always exceptional.

Everything was great but the mattress in our room was really hard and lumpy just not comfortable. We have stayed previously and bed was great. Perhaps it was just the matrrss in this room that needs an upgrade

Location was ideal given that it was close to meetings / conference.

Unfortunately it is an old and tired hotel, with rooms dated in decor, however the room allocated was clean and comfortable. The room did not have a walk in shower (shower over bath) which is disappointing given we are now in 2026. Suspect the rate paid dictated the room allocation.

The staff were friendly and helpful The hotel has some lovely historical features

It is tired and getting rather grubby We tried to contact reception/housekeeping on two occasions on different days, both times the phone was not answered
