Hampton Inn Dalton

The hotel is older with the room access on the outside. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was descent for the price. We were on our way home and needed to rest for a while and didnt want to spend a lot of money. The bed and pillows were really small.

Terrible, got incorrect directions to our room. Found our room under the stairs next to the pool and it smelled like a dirty baby diaper. Went to the front desk and was told they couldn’t help because I booked off of a different site. I’m pretty sure that Bookings.com does not know how the Hampton in was Smelling that evening. We tried to cancel with in about the first hour of booking this stay and no one would help. Thank you for a terrible end to our vacation.

The filth and the smell.

Sink clogged no tissues bed hard as a rock floor rug felt wet

I would never stay at this property again. The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in …room 144 the springs were basically coming through the mattress. And the box spring was filthy and dirty (and you could physically see it, bc it wasn’t even covered properly) The couch looked like it was 30 years old. Unless you are looking for an uncomfortable stay, please say away from this property

We reserved a king with pull out sofa, the rooms were not ready and we had to take a room with double beds, did not sleep good at all on the small uncomfortable bed

Location was it.

Outdated furniture and damaged furniture. Booked me for a smoking room when I asked for a non smoking. Bugs were on floor in room and lamp base.

The mattress was so dirty and stained
