Hampton Inn Dalton

Breakfast was very good.

Facilities old and outdated. Not up to the standard of any previously used Hampton Inn

We have always consider Hampton Inn to be an upscale brand hotel compared to others. This inn must have been bought cheap and rebranded without any upgrades. Felt like we were at Super 8 or EconoLodge. Staff was friendly. Not their fault.

Pet friendly. Close to restaurants

We loved the message on Hotels sign

All rooms have exterior entrance. Our door did not close or lock without a lot of effort.

Breakfast on the poor side.

This Hampton needs to replaced.

Honesty from Jose the desk employee!!! I left my purse on my chair at breakfast. 10 minutes later I walked back to the desk and Jose returned it to me unharmed!! Nothing missing! Very impressive honesty from your employee. Jose was very polite and efficient at his job with even other questions I had. Hampton should be proud of him as an employee!!! 😀😀

It does need a physical makeover to the rooms- outdated but very comfortable. Furnace unit very noisy.

Staying at Hampton all across the nation, I have come to expect better accommodations. This property reminded me more of an old super 8 than a Hampton Inn. Property seems to be in need of a renovation.

Location

Looked like a run down Motel. No central entrance to rooms - had to climb outside stairs to room. Bathroom tub dirty. Very small room. Limited sundries (shampoo). Poor free breakfast - overcooked omelets. Limited breakfast options. Key at first did not work so had to go back through rain to get another one since could not get to room through facility.
