Breakfast was poor . The tv worked. Restaurants close by.

Very out dated. Room was small and old .

Very worn down hotel. Good location off the highway, Very professional, courteous staff This hotel is VERY OVERPRICED Beds were making noise when you toss and turn So super basic, very 1980's but priced well above what's it's worth. It was loud at first but quiet later Bathroom was way overdue for remodeling. Look at the photos I posted, judge it for yourself. Room was sprayed with air freshener a lot(don't know why) maybe to overcome other odors? Bathroom was either just cleaned (we checked in after 6pm) or used so much bleach! I don't regret staying here but I regret paying almost $200/night although we booked ahead of time.

Location is perfect for my trip, about half way to my destination. Easy access and nice with two restaurants across the parking lot.

Hotel is showing a little wear but still a great option.

Clean and staff was great.

This Hampton Inn at 1000 Market St, Dalton, GA should NOT be in Hilton properties. Our negative first impression upon arrival was quickly affirmed. All outside entrances. Greeted with “ha” (hi?) by unprofessional employees at front desk in t-shirt attire. The elevator smelled like dog and was filthy. We opened the room assigned to us to find an unmade bed and trash strewn about. Made me think of a crime scene. We quickly backed out, returned to front desk, was offered a room on 1st floor, which we declined with no hesitation. An offer was made to return our points, but it did not happen until we made a phone call to Hilton help desk the following day. We drove on to Embassy Suites in Chattanooga and found it to be clean, safe, professional, and a place we will return to for a few more points that was well worth it. We would not stay at this place in Dalton for 5,000 points, certainly not the required 30,000.

Very old hotel with outside walkways and entry like a Motel 6. My room was dingy and dated with worn-out carpet and fixtures. The highway noise was loud all night long. I had a better stay in the Red Roof next door on my last visit.

Never stayed in a Hampton Inn in such dilapidated condition. Hilton should be ashamed to put their brand on this property!
