Hampton Inn Dalton

We are Hampton People...this particular location for over 15 years! BUT..8 pm checkin to a room that smelled on entering with a dehumidifier going..not a good sign! The carpet was all damp throughout! We were so tired couldn't try for another room! So disappointed! This location's rooms all need to be updated and gutted! The bedding is so nice but if the room is scummy who cares about the bedding on entering.

We felt fairly deceived. This is not a hotel, this is a motel. Doors all open to the outside. That was not something that was made aware to me during booking. The room was pretty clean, but not perfectly. The renovations were fairly recent it felt like, but not top quality. The first floor room smelled pretty strange - a bit Smokey, maybe a pet odor. Not really sure. It was not horrible, it just was not what we expected for a Hilton property.

Property needs an update badly

Save your money and book at the Motel 6, same accommodations for less money. This Hampton Inn was a total disappointment and not what I would expect from a Hilton product. Smelly rooms, outdoor entry, old dated decor, dirty carpets and the list goes on.

Your hotel needs remodeling. Railings are broken in places. Rooms need upgrading you can tell it is badly in need of complete renovation

Not a typical Hampton Inn. Doors opened to outside. Noisy. Carpet was old and appeared dirty. Too many furnishings in room. Room had an odor. Front desk staff were friendly.

The property is very convenient in relation to Hwy I 75. Cracker Barrel restaurant is right next door. We had great meal.
