Tamiia was very pleasant and welcoming. She was able to check me in early after my flight arrived ahead of schedule. She provided helpful information and guidance on local transportation. Amber was amazing and demonstrated excellent multitasking skills. She efficiently handled multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work. She was very knowledgeable about the city and accommodated all guest inquiries with ease. Otis is the best and truly went above and beyond. He proactively assisted me in the lobby, so I did not have to wait for a front desk agent. He was thoughtful and found a comfortable place for me to sit while I waited for my ride, especially since the lobby was under renovation. He consistently helped guests with a genuine smile on his face. Overall, my hotel stay was great. The newly renovated room looked like it belonged in a four-star hotel, and I was not at all bothered by the construction noise. The only issue was that my request for extra pillows, which I needed for my sciatica, was never fulfilled. I'm not sure if the request was missed on my reservation.

We were in town for the Low Country Jazz Festival Labor Day Weekend and stayed at your motel. Although the facility was undergoing renovations our 6 Floor room was completely renovated and up to standard.
