No water in room, no good food for kids in morning , pool not clear, Creaz

They have bedbugs and won't refund my husband and I. They also did not provide any other form of resolution so we had to leave the hotel after one night. Won't answer any of our calls and keep saying manager will be in but never shows up apparently. Whole place is run down and doesn't seem like they clean anything properly. Carpeted floors dont seem to get vacuumed properly but bathroom seemed decent. Bed obviously dirty behind the mattress and filled with bed bugs eggs plus bed bugs scurrying away. Not really walkable to much.

The hotel is quite depressing overall, dated and well worn. Room was clean and perfectly fine, comfy beds and slept well. Air con unit was quite loud but heated the room fine. Windows were quite thin and weren’t the best at keeping the cold out. The hotel does need a major update, as it’s very dated and old. Breakfast was ok but not much choice. Staff attentive and friendly though, reception team were nice too. Pool wasn’t open. Booked mostly for location so wasn’t too bothered.

My daughter and I had a horrible year, 2025. And I could not stay in my home for the holidays. My daughter booked the hotel and we were welcomed, treated with respect and the room was clean, the location was near enough for a fast travel. Thank you!

The restaurant on site. We really did not know how to get food from them. And no one seemed to know much. There never was a person in front to answer any of the questions. And we did not want to bother anyone about it. We just ordered out. There was some confusion on breakfast.
