"For the price i paid, i expected more"

The rooms was very out dated , the carpet appeared to be dirty., the rooms appeared to be dark

I have to mention Annemarie at the desk. We were caught in New Jersey floods. All roads leading to the hotel per GPS were flooded. I called the hotel and she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes till we finally found our way to the hotel. What an asset to the crown plaza.. She was wonderful. We will be visiting our Grandson at FDU. We will definitely stay at this hotel.

cleaned, seemingly due to limited staff.

poor location. Breakfast was lacking. Pork ham and bacon was served , not considering vegetarians or non- pork customers. the potatoes were dry snd could have been enhanced with onions and sweet peppers.,Half the dining room tables were not cleaned

This property is very conveniently located and offers easy access to Highway going to NYC

This property could do a lot better with the cleanliness and the updo or of bathrooms. Bathrooms are very dated and need some serious work.
