Disappointing Stay – Not Up to Hilton Standards I’ve always chosen Hilton hotels because, while they may be a bit more expensive, you typically get what you pay for—great service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a reliable overall experience. Unfortunately, this DoubleTree location completely missed the mark. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this property is likely franchised. The difference in service and upkeep compared to other Hilton properties is obvious. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable—stains, dust, and an overall lack of attention to detail that made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. The condition of the room and common areas simply did not reflect Hilton’s usual standards. Even worse was the customer service. It felt like the owners were managing things themselves, and rather than providing professional hospitality, they acted as if they could speak to guests however they pleased. It was dismissive and unwelcoming, which made an already bad experience even worse. If Hilton is going to allow properties to carry their name, there should be consistent quality and accountability. This location is doing a disservice to the Hilton brand. I sincerely hope corporate takes a closer look at how these franchised locations are being managed.

This place should be turned into a comfort Inn or a best Western or maybe a red roof. It does not fit the brand promise of a Hilton property whatsoever.

Got there late room wasn’t cleaned water bottles on table. Got moved to another room pullout couch frame was bent and armrests were worn plus no bedding went to desk second time just to return with wet bedding packed in a plastic bag girlfriend made third trip to get dry bedding but that to was damp but we made due cause it was getting late. Patio was dirty actually bought a broom and swept it off it was that bad . Couldn’t sleep after two AM people were in pool yelling nobody came out that lasted about an hour and half they were also taking the chairs off the patio to the room I rented and scared my 82 year old mother plus ants were on our bags when we were packing up . Honestly looked like the staff consisted of five or six people same girl at desk when I checked in and noon the next day I asked how long her shift was she just smiled .We also couldn’t get extra towels when we asked we had three people two hand towels two big towels and two wash clothes hate to be so negative but I call it like I see it .

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton branded hotel. Dirty. Stained bed linen and towels. Juices at breakfast uncovered, warm and had gnats swarming. Not a single working ice machine. Deactivated cards at 11:06 am for a 11 am checkout, I had not yet checked out. had to be let in by the slow person in our party that was still in the room otherwise I guess we would have had to be let back in by staff or forfeited our other belongings. The property is not being cleaned and having proper maintenance. They appear to be making money by offering fewer services. We were in room 202. One of the TVs didn’t work. Had to request a hair dryer. A single glass even though it’s a kitchenette. Stay at one of the other Hilton branded properties in the area. Pool cleaning supplies strewn around. All but 2 pool loungers broken. The grass was almost a foot tall when we first checked in. The management also charged us for breakfast although it was included in the rate so I had to call for a refund. Shockingly poorly ran and managed.

Property dirty and bed linens were wrinkled and I was concerned that they had been previously used. Automatic entrance door stuck and didn’t open smoothly. Hallway carpet was dirty and tv remote was dirty. Overall dirty experience and will not stay here again. Certainly a surprise and not up to the Hilton standards that I expected.
