He has a fun, welcoming, personality and is extremely professional and phenomenal at providing an elevated experience for myself and others. He's definitely an asset to the Hilton Brand! Rubin and Kamasi did everything in there power to make sure I got my room even tho there was a mix up and a busy lobby. They stayed calm and worked together to solve the problem. Even gave me a drink voucher for my troubles.

This is by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel chain. The staff was all very polite and upon checking in with Rubin he advised that my reservation was upgraded to a suite. This has never happened to me before and wow what a nice surprise to get! Kamasi also sent me a text later on to make sure everything was going well. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and very clean. Loved the waterfront view too. This type of experience will def make me come back to this hotel again. Thank you staff for being so good at your jobs. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Rubin for making my stay even more special.

This was a great hotel experience from start to finish. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax during our stay. The pool and other amenities were also very nice and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Rubin and Chelsee at the front desk—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and beyond helpful. Their excellent customer service truly made our stay even better. I will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others!
