Les chambres sont à rafraîchir, trous dans les rideaux, plus de poignée au placard, peintures sales et rouilles, de plus nous avons eu froid dans la chambre même en mettant le système à 23 degrés et à fond !

The location is excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful within the limits of what they were able to offer. The young lady at the reception at night was very sweet and very rigorous i appreciated her energy! the young woman that delivered room service also!

While the stay was overall pleasant, a few details were surprisingly lacking for a hotel of this standard. As I arrived late, it was difficult to find what I needed outside, which made the absence of basic items such as a lighter or matches even more inconvenient—especially for a Mercure property. I was also informed there would be a minibar, but it turned out to be empty. Room service proved somewhat difficult to access, although we eventually managed to have something delivered.

La situation de l'hôtel, bel hôtel, propre (les communs et la chambre), accueil agréable et parking à proximité.

Il faudrait juste ajouter au moins une chaise et peut-être une petite table dans la chambre.

街に近くて便利だった

ホテルに街の地図も無く、不親切だと感じた。朝食もあまり良くないと思った。

Bel hôtel, bien placé

Chambre minuscule, très mal isolée, j'entendais le moindre bruit. Le service au bar ne sert pas les quantités prévues.

Emplacement en centre ville !

les installations vieillissantes , la déco n'est plus au goût du jour !! Tout est resté dans son jus ....
